Elaboration

The essence of our Sardino Red Vermouth is made in earthenware jars, where we macerate a selection of plants, flowers and botanicals with wine alcohol and spring water.

Afterwards, we top it with a selection of our best red wine and add the corresponding caramel. Always following the tradition of making our classic vermouth in the traditional way.

Tasting note

Mahogany red in colour, it is a very clean vermouth with no cloudiness.

Our Sardino red vermouth is very aromatic and brings back memories of vanilla, camomile and cinnamon macerates.

It is a profoundly Galician vermouth with little alcoholic connotation and a perfect balance between bitterness, sweetness and acidity, resulting in a long aftertaste of seafood vermouth.

Pairing

As befits a seafood vermouth, Sardino rojo has a slightly saline touch, perfect as an accompaniment to fish and seafood, as well as rice dishes and preserves.

It also fits like a glove with nuts, appetizers, cheeses or cold meats.

How to serve it

We recommend serving it at a temperature of between 6º and 8º. With the glass accompanied by stuffed olives and a slice of orange for a citric touch.
