The essence of our White Vermouth is made in earthenware jars, where we macerate a selection of plants, flowers and botanicals with wine alcohol and spring water.
Tasting note
Straw yellow in colour, we can appreciate great harmony and balance of flavours, sweet and bitter with fresh and fruity nuances, very aromatic and with a long-lasting taste.
Pairing
As you would expect from a seafood vermouth, Sardino blanco has a slightly saline touch, perfect as an accompaniment to fish and seafood, as well as rice dishes and preserves.
How to serve it
We recommend serving it at a temperature of between 6º and 8º. With the glass accompanied by stuffed olives and a slice of orange for a citric touch.
